Exeter Court

This was the launch of the Exeter Portfolio of developments.

The first project involved refurbishing 4 existing apartments and constructing an additional 4 apartments to make a total of 8 apartments along Kindaruma Road.

After the success of Phase 1, a further 12 apartments were built to complete the 20 apartment development.

Year of completion: Phase I in 2002 and Phase II in 2005
